This time, we're making an easy version of beef noodle soup using an Instant Pot pressure cooker. The advantage of using a pressure cooker is that it saves a lot of time. Just throw the ingredients into the pressure cooker, set it for 35 minutes, and let it naturally release pressure when done!

Slice the ginger, peel the garlic, cut the white part of the green onions into sections, roll up the green parts, cut the tomatoes into chunks, remove the stem from the chili pepper, peel and halve the onion, and peel and chop the carrots.

Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode, add oil, and sauté the ginger slices until fragrant. Add the garlic and white parts of the green onions and stir-fry.

Add the beef and stir-fry until browned on the surface. Add the spicy bean paste and stir-fry. Add water, then add the tomatoes, onion, carrots, green parts of the green onions, and chili pepper to the pot.

Add rock sugar, white pepper, and bay leaves, and taste for seasoning. Set the Instant Pot to meat/stew mode for 35 minutes.

After natural pressure release, open the lid, cook the noodles separately, and add your favorite vegetables. Sprinkle with chopped green onions, and your braised beef noodle soup is ready!
