This dish is my grandma's recipe, easy to make, ranch-style.

Mix the ground meat with 2 eggs, a small handful of flour, salt, rice, mint, and pepper to taste. Combine well.

Bring the water to a boil. Once hot, shape the meat mixture into balls and add them to the pot.

Hard-boil 3 eggs, cut them into quarters, and you can mix them into the meatballs as you form them.

Add salt and the chopped vegetables to the pot. Let simmer for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, blend the onion and tomatoes, then sauté them in 1 tablespoon of oil along with the serrano peppers and oregano.

After the meatballs have cooked for 30 minutes, add the sautéed mixture to the pot. Cover and simmer for another 15 minutes. Check that the meatballs are fully cooked; if not, cook for another 15 minutes. Done!
