Ingredients

8-10 hours
4-6 servings
  • 3onions, peeled and chopped
  • 1potato, chopped
  • 4carrots, chopped
  • 1 cupdried beans (e.g. kidney beans or butter beans)
  • 1/4 cuppearl barley
  • 1/4 cuplentils (red or green)
  • 6-8figs, halved
  • 1apple (e.g. Granny Smith), chopped
  • 6vegan sausages
  • 1 tspminced garlic
  • 1 tspsmoked paprika
  • 1/4 tspchilli powder
  • Worcestershire sauce (vg), gravy browning, salt and pepper to taste

Steps

8-10 hours

    Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker with enough water to just about cover.

    Cook on high for 8-10 hours.
