Stove top pizza

If you have a stove top but not an air fryer or oven (or you don't have an air fryer that's big enough) use this recipe. It was sooo good when I made it. I had low expectations for this, I didn't think it would work at first. But it definitely didn't disappoint one bit. Depending on if you use my dough recipe or the mantias pizza mix, determines the serving size. The mantias pizza mix is more of a personal pizza size. Again no pictures, but I'll add one when I make it again 😁

Ingredients

1 hour or less
2-4 depending on which dough you use
  1. Mantias pizza mix (picture below, from save a lot)(or my pizza dough recipe if you have the ability to do such)
  2. Pizza sauce
  3. Any toppings you want, I used pepperoni, red onion, green pepper and diced black olives
  4. Mozzarella cheese

Cooking Instructions

1 hour or less
  1. 1

Mix the mantias pizza mix according to the instructions on the package. Or make my pizza dough recipe.

  2. 2

After you're finished with the dough, make it into a pizza shape, rounding the edges to be thicker. Then add it to the skillet/pan

  3. 3

Heat the pan/skillet using medium heat. Cook it until it starts to bake a bit but not fully.

  4. 4

    Add sauce, cheese toppings

  5. 5

Cook it fully through until golden brown. You can even add a delicious butter mixture (1 tsp garlic seasoning, pinch of salt, 4 tbsp butter, and 1 tbsp parmesan cheese.) You can use a spoon to spread the butter mixture on the crust.
