Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 450 gramsMinced meat (I used beef mince, but use your favourite meat)
  2. 150 gramsOnion
  3. 2 tbspItalian parsley (or normal parsley or dried)
  4. 2 tbspParmesan cheese (or grated cheese)
  5. 25 gramsPanko
  6. 1Eggs (large)
  7. 3 cloveGarlic
  8. 1/8 tsp~ Red chilli pepper flakes (optional)
  9. 3/4 tspSalt
  10. 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  11. 1/4 tspNutmeg

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Grate the onion and garlic. Cut the parsley finely. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

    Put all listed ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Form into your desired meatball size and place them on the baking tray sheeted with parchment paper. Bake in preheated oven for 10 - 15 minutes.
