In the Air Fryer basket (without the rack), toast the noodles with a little olive oil and 2 teaspoons of aioli. Set to AIRFRY at 375°F (190°C) for 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Set the noodles aside. In the basket, sear the large shell-on shrimp with a spray of oil. Set to SEAFOOD mode for 4 minutes, turning halfway through. Set the shrimp aside.

Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Add a little salt and pepper. In the basket, add a drizzle of olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic. Set to AIRFRY at 400°F (200°C) for 4 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.

Add the squid to the basket. Mix well. Set to AIRFRY at 400°F (200°C) for 6 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes.

Add 4 tablespoons of homemade-style tomato sauce and a pinch of smoked paprika. Mix well. Set to AIRFRY at 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.

Heat the fish stock in the microwave for about 3 minutes.

Add the reserved noodles to the basket and mix. Set to AIRFRY at 400°F (200°C) for 2 minutes.

Pour the hot stock into the basket, add the raw peeled shrimp and mussels, and mix. Set to AIRFRY at 355°F (180°C) for 8 minutes. Place the seared large shrimp on top and let rest for 5 minutes.
