This super easy and effortlessly done Sharbat is made using Wood Apple or Bael. With just a few ingredients, it's pretty much cool.
Using our hands, the pulp is squeezed well to extract the juice. Not only is it a yummy drink, it's absolutely flavourful and delicious too.
Sugar can be adjusted accordingly. Though it's naturally sweet, it doesn't require much of it but because of it's slight earthiness and tart flavours, many people prefer a good amount of Sugar. Mine was very sweet and absolutely creamy, so I used only little of it.

A perfect choice for the Season. Thanda Thanda Cool Cool and a favourite drink of many, this is amazingly delightful.

Enjoy No Cooking with Zeen!

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

Break open the shell of wood apple or stone apple or bael fruit at first. Remove the solid pulp.

  2. 2

Now add this pulp to a jar along with all the other ingredients as mentioned. Use your hands to squeeze out all the juice from it. Add water as required after that. Also take care to remove the seeds as well. That's it.

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
