  • 80 gramsshiitake mushrooms
  • 100 gramsking oyster mushrooms
  • 150 gramstaro
  • 80 gramscarrots
  • Accompanying Vegetables
  • 150 gramsmustard greens
  • 150 gramswater spinach
  • 150 gramswater mimosa
  • 300 gramsfresh rice noodles
  • Dipping Sauce
  • 300 gramsfermented tofu
  • 80 gramssugar
  • 60 gramsnon-dairy creamer
