Cut the ingredients

Add the broth ingredients to a pot

Fry the carrots, bean curd sheets, and taro

Thinly slice and shred the mushrooms, then sauté with garlic and vegetarian seasoning powder

Sauté the fermented tofu with the spices from the recipe

Blend the taro with coconut water

Boil the broth and add the previous mixtures
