Ingredients

1 cupsooji
1/2 cupghee
1/2 cupsugar
2 cupmilk
Pinchsalt
1/2sp cardmum powder
as neededDry fruits

Steps

Soak roasted sooji in milk and keep aside for 15 min.

In kadai add ghee,sugar and mix it till sugar melts,then add soaked sooji carefully and mix it well till leaves the sides.
3

Add cardmum powder dry fruits,sooji ka halwa is ready for guru poornima.
