Ingredients

  • 1eggplant
  • 1egg
  • 50 gminced pork
  • Two.shallots
  • Pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Sautee shallots then the minced pork.Stir fry until cook.

    Then remove and set aside.

    Roast or char the eggplant on the burner.When done peel the skin.

  4. 4

    Crack and beat egg.Add the cook pork then mix well.

  5. 5

    Pour it over the eggplant then fry.
