Ingredients

  • 1slice.of salmon
  • Spring onion
  • 1 tspsoy sauce
  • 1thumb size ginger slice it
  • 1 tspcooking wine
  • 1little bit water

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and pat dry the salmon.

  2. 2

    Heat oil and fry.When done set aside.

  3. 3

    Then stir fry ginger until aromatic.Then pour soy sauce,water and wine.Simmer then add spring onion.

    Pour over the fish.
