  • Marinade 1:
  • 200 grchopped tomatoes in their own juice
  • 0.5white onion
  • salt, pepper, sweet paprika to taste
  • Marinade 2 :
  • 0.5white onion
  • 2 tspmustard
  • 0.5lemon, juice
  • kefir
  • salt, ground black pepper to taste
  • Marinade 3 :
  • 100 mlsoy sauce
  • 1 tbspmustard seeds
  • 3 tbsphoney
  • 0.5lemon, juice
  • salt to taste

    Divide the pork carbonate into bars of equal thickness. I got 15 pieces.

    We will prepare three different marinades and place five bars in each.

    Marinade first. Onion cut into half rings. Knead with your hands and put it in a suitable container for marinating. Add sliced ​​tomatoes in their own juice and spices. Mix. Place meat in marinade.

    Marinade second. Cut the other half of the onion into half rings. Knead with your hands, lay out in a suitable form. Add two teaspoons of mustard (I have one spoon, spicy mustard, another spoon, sweet mustard), and the juice of half a lemon. Kefir and spices. Mix well. Place meat in marinade.

    Marinade third. Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, honey and mustard seeds. Salt and season to taste. Place meat in marinade.

    A few important tips!
    - Salt marinades a little more than "enough".
    - It is best to marinate overnight. But perhaps a couple of hours will be enough.
    - Taste the marinade all the time to balance the taste depending on your preference.

    Take one bar from each marinade. Fasten with a skewer at one end. Straighten the meat and braid a loose pigtail. Fasten with a skewer at the other end.

    Взять по одному бруску из каждого маринада. С одного конца скрепить шпажкой. Выпрямить мясо и заплести не тугую косичку. Скрепить шпажкой с другого конца.

    Do the same with all meat. I got five braids.

    Grill the meat on the barbecue grill until done. The heat from the coals should not be strong so that the meat has time to fry well inside and not burn outside.
