Steps

Wash & clean fenugreek leaves & finely chop them. Add salt & leave aside for 15 minutes.

Take a big plate (parat).Take wheat flour, gram flour, curds, all dry spices & oil. Squeeze salt water from fenugreek leaves & add in it. Make a soft dough with little water if needed.

Roll very thin rotis with the help of dry rice flour. Cook the rotis both sides with the help of little ghee. Serve with curds or pickles.
