  4. 1tps Crushed ginger/garlic
  5. Corriender
  6. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Add 2 tps of vegetable oil

    Pour chicken and spread evenly leave it to cook for 2 mins while turning for 2 mins until golden brown

    Put crushed ginger and garlic mix it evenly

    Add the spices spread evenly and leave to cook for 3 mins

    Remove the chicken and put it in a bowl

    On the same pan add onions soute it

  7. 7

    Add smashed ginger and garlic give them a quick mix

  8. 8

    Add chopped tomatoes cover the pan with a lead

  9. 9

    Remove the lead mix the tomatoes well add tomatoe paste mix well

    Add your chicken give it a mix

    Add yorghurt and mix well

  12. 12

    Add a cup of water let it cook for 10 mins

    Your chicken curry will be ready to serve

    Add corriender leaves and pepper optional

  15. 15

    Can serve with rice chapatis or ugali
