Karonda wash 2 to 3 times to rub with hands. Spread on a cloth for soak extra water. Cut into 2 piece, remove seeds.Chilli also cut into thin slices.

In a pan add oil, roast whole spices. Now add karonda & chilli on it. Roast them for some time.

Now add salt, haldi & jaggery powder in it. Mix proper all ingredients. Now cover it & cook for 4 to 5 minutes.

Check it & taste it, it cooked proper or not. serve it with roti or paratha.

Sweet & sour karonda pickle is ready. We can store it in fridge for some time.
