Cut the onion and bell peppers into squares. Sauté them in a skillet with a little oil and salt.

Add the chicken, cut into cubes, and sprinkle with a little more salt.

Cover the skillet and cook the chicken until done.

Once the chicken is cooked, add the bacon, previously fried.

Add the shredded Oaxaca cheese. Serve and enjoy!
