Freezer Corn

#GoldenApron23 It's harvest time. I try to freeze enough for the winter.
Steps

Husk the corn
- 2
Place in pot of boiling water for 2 minutes. Remove and place in ice bath.

Remove from ice bath and lay on paper towels to remove some moisture.

Carefully cut corn off the cob.
- 5
Place in freezer bag. I count 1 ear per serving. Household of 3 I use 3 ears per bag.

Place in freezer.
