Mix sugar and margarine thoroughly, then add the eggs one by one and the vanilla essence.

Mix well, then add your seived flour and baking powder and mix.

Add the dessicated coconut (leave some to deep the cookie balls) and need the dough till soft.

Store your kneaded dough in the fridge for 1 hour.

Heat the oven for 10 minutes at 160°

Form small balls from the dough and deep them in the dessicated, then place them in a well greased tray to bake.
