#SF I have prepared this instant jowar dosa from jowar flour. It is very easy to make and you can make it using basic kitchen ingredients. You can serve this dosa with Sambhar and Tomato Chutney.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupJowar/Sorghum Flour
  2. 2.5 Cupsto 3 Cups Water
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1/4 cupfinely chopped onion
  5. 1 TspGinger Chilli Paste
  6. 1/2 Tspchilli flakes
  7. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  8. Ghee/Oil

    Take a bowl.

    Add jowar flour into it. Add salt, ginger chilli paste, onion, salt, cumin seeds, chilli flakes and mix all the ingredients well.

    Now add around 1 cup of water and make batter.

    Keep dosa batter aside for 12-15 minutes.

    After that mix the batter again and add 1.5 to 2 cups of water gradually and mix it. Batter should be runny.

    As jowar flour absorbs all the water I added more water also we need to make batter like rava dosa batter.

    Now take a dosa pan and let it turn hot.

    When the pan is super hot, pour the batter on the pan.

    While adding, it turns in to bubble texture. Where there is no batter add batter using spoon.

    Add oil/ghee and allow to roast for 2-3 minutes or until the dosa turns crisp.

    Remove it from pan and using these steps make all the dosa.

    Serve hot with tomato chutney and Sambhar.
