Steps

Take jowar flour, sooji & rice flour in a bowl & mix well.

Add carrots, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, ajwain, cumin seed powder, tomato chopped capsicum, lemon juice & salt. Mix well.Add water slowly & make batter.

Season dosa tawa. Sprinkle water on the tawa & wipe it with kitchen paper. Spread 1 ladleful batter on the hot tawa. Cook dhirde till golden. Spread oil on it & around it. Flip.

Cook the other side till crisp. Remove in a plate & serve with chutney of your choice. I have served dhirde with green chutney.
