Steps

On a plane dish spread soaked boondi, chopped onion and tomato as shown in image and keep it aside to make further recipe

Now grind the soaked urad dal, as it competes its half hour.
As shown in the image, in a bowl pour the grinded urad dal and add salt, soda bycarboate, red chilli powder, cheese cube grated and jeera. Also heat oil on low flame for deep frying vada. - 3
Whisk curd so that no curdles while adding on vada.
Now start deep frying the vada mixture.
after getting golden brown, take out and soak for 3-4 mins in big bowl of water.
Squeeze the vada, water and oil gets squeezed and vada becomes soft.
Now place wadas on dish as shown in image. - 4
Start adding other ingredients and spices.
pour dahi on top of vada. it should cover the vada.
Now pour imli sauce and green chutney on the top.
Also sprinkle kurmura and singdana over it.
sprinkle chaat masala at last while serving. - 5
Finally add, Coriander on the top as shown in image.
Before eating, mix the dish so that onion, tomato and boondi also gets mixed and tastes like perfect evening snack.
