Ingredients

  • 10pan leaves
  • 2 pinchelaichi powder
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1/4 cupmilk powder
  • Green food colour(optional)
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 1 tspghee
  • 1 cupdessicated coconut
  • Gulkand

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the paan leaves roughly. Add it in mixer grinder and grind it. Add in elaichi powder, sugar, milk powder, green food color, milk.

  2. 2

    Grind it to make a fine paste.
    In a pan add ghee, and dessicated coconut and dry roast it on low flame. Add in the prepared paste and cook it till it becomes hard.

    Take the prepared mixture and fill in some gulkand and prepare balls out of it.

  4. 4

    Coats the balls with dessicated coconut. Paan gulkand ladu is now ready to be served.
