Steps

Chop the paan leaves roughly. Add it in mixer grinder and grind it. Add in elaichi powder, sugar, milk powder, green food color, milk.

Grind it to make a fine paste.
In a pan add ghee, and dessicated coconut and dry roast it on low flame. Add in the prepared paste and cook it till it becomes hard. - 3
Take the prepared mixture and fill in some gulkand and prepare balls out of it.

Coats the balls with dessicated coconut. Paan gulkand ladu is now ready to be served.
