When I was in high school, I used to make breakfast and bentos for myself. That was when I thought of this recipe. I used to eat this all the time since it's easy and filling.

You can also use ham or canned tuna instead of fish sausages. If you have daikon sprouts or green onions, sprinkle on top for color. For 1 serving. Recipe by Fujihime mama

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1Fish sausage
  2. 1Egg
  3. 1 dashSalt and pepper
  4. 1 tspVegetable oil
  5. 1bowl Hot cooked rice
  6. 1Soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the fish sausage in half lengthwise. Chop into half-moons of about 3 mm in width.

    Heat vegetable oil in a pan, and grill the fish sausages. Season with salt and pepper. Add the egg and stir.

  3. 3

    Turn the heat off when the egg is soft-set.

  4. 4

    Serve rice into a rice bowl. Top with the scrambled eggs with fish sausages. Drizzle on soy sauce. Gobble up as you mix everything together!
