Ingredients

  1. 100 g/ 2 cupwater chestnuts flour
  2. 1/ 3 cup ghee
  3. 1 cupsuger
  4. 10cardamon crushed
  5. 1 litre/1 Cupmilk /milk maid

Steps

  1. 1

    First we will make caremal. I have taken out 2tbsp of it. Now we stair the sugar continuously we will prepare the caremel.sprinkle little water in between it's starting to melt a little.

    Caremal is ready. Now we will turn off the flame. Now we will heat half the ghee. Put waterchestnut flour stair continuously till 1 1 /2 to 2 min.

    I had given half also,after putting half the ghee,we will run it continuously for about 11/2 to 2 min.prepare 1 litre of milk.Keep stirring continuously till it's mixed well. Will add one cup of milkmaid,it is 10pie crused cardamon.pour caremal and milkmaid mix it well and on the other side stair continuously. Keep stirring after adding 10 pie of crused Keep stirring continuously sometimes. It is ready like dough.

    I have lined the baking paper. Put the mixer and spread it in one inch layer. I put it the freeze for 2 hours it's all set.now will add silver work to it.And cut it in the desired shape. Smell great.very tasty.I have done all process on low to medium flame.
