Cut the cod fillets into portions and season with salt and pepper. Dip them in beaten egg and flour, then fry. Set aside.

Make the tomato sauce and set aside.

Preheat the oven to 340°F (170°C). Meanwhile, slice the potatoes thinly and fry them.

Place the potatoes in a baking dish, add the tomato sauce, and arrange the cod on top. I add shredded cheese and a hard-boiled egg, then bake for 10 minutes.
