Nendran banana payasam
Steps

Taka a nendran banana,peel out the skin.Cut in to small pieces. Cut the coconut also same way.

Prepare coconut first and second milk.Keep aside.

Keep a pan add half cup of crushed jaggery powder add two table spoon water mix well in medium heat, let the sugar syrup melt and become little sticky consistency,keep aside.

Keep a kadai on stove om medium heat,add one table spoon ghee,add the banana pieces, fry till change it golden colour.

Then add the jaggery syrup mix well fow five minutes continuously.

After that add second coconut milk.Cook for few minutes, then add first coconut milk, cardamom powder, Dried ginger powder, fried cashew pieces and coconut pieces. Take out from stove. Nendran banana payasam is ready.

Transfer to a serving bowl. Superb, tasty nendran banana payasam is ready to serve. Enjoy the Tasty sweet nendran banana payasam.
