Steps

Take all ingredients in the nonstick pan., accept turmeric powder,salt, asafoetida and Kashmiri red chilli powder.

Dry roast on a slow flame until mustard and cumin seeds hear spluttering and other ingredients turn light brown..
Remove from the gas and transfer in a dish to cool down completely. - 3
Then grind them in a mixi jar till smooth powder form.
Sieve the powder.
Now add asafoetida, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder and salt.
Mix property.
Sambar masala is ready.
Fill in the jar and store it in the fridge..👍🏻👌
