I like crispy seaweed and started growin kale. I read you can bake it and it's similar, do worked out my own recipe.

I like crispy seaweed and started growin kale. I read you can bake it and it's similar, do worked out my own recipe.
Steps

Preheat the oven to 140C. Wash your kale leaves then dry them well (with kitchen towel).

Pour a small bowl of olive oil. Roughly chop the leaves. Rub the leaves with a little oil and place on a large baking tray/s.

Grind a good amount of salt over the leaves, then sprinkle your spice mix over the leaves (about 1/2 tsp per baking tray).

Bake for 10 minutes, turn leaves, then bake for a further 8-10 minutes until crispy/dry.

If using Chinese 5 spice then sprinkle over some soft brown sugar. Serve immediately.
