Serve the atta grete the aloo add salt jeera and paste mix it well and kreat adding water as required.

Make medium size balls and roll the paratha on polithin sheet applying ghee so it will not stick.put on the medium hot Tawas.

Fry it applying ghee on both sides.

Make all paratha like wise and serve it. ¹
