Ingredients

  1. 7spring roll wrappers

  2. 1 cupkanikama (imitation crab) or surimi, chopped into small pieces (about 150 grams)
  3. 1 cupnapa cabbage or regular cabbage, finely shredded (about 70 grams)
  4. 1 cupbean sprouts (about 70 grams)
  5. 1 tablespoonhoisin sauce
  6. 1 tablespoonoyster sauce
  7. 1 teaspooncornstarch
  8. 1 clovegarlic, minced
  9. 1 teaspoonfresh ginger, finely chopped
  10. Oil for frying
  11. Dipping sauce

Steps

    In a bowl, mix all the filling ingredients together.

    Lay the spring roll wrappers on a flat surface and lightly brush the edges with water.

    Place a tablespoon of filling near the bottom center of each wrapper and fold it up like an envelope.

    Heat oil in a pot or skillet and fry the spring rolls until golden brown. Serve immediately.
