  1. 10 1/2 ozground pork (300 grams)
  2. 10dried chilies
  3. 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  4. Holy basil leaves, as desired
  5. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  6. 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  7. A pinch of sugar

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Prepare the ground pork, crushed dried chilies and garlic, and holy basil leaves. Stir-fry the ground pork in a pan until it is dry.

    Once the pork is dry, add oil, dried chilies, and garlic. Stir-fry until fragrant.

    Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and holy basil leaves. Stir to combine.
