Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix all ingredients except for the chicken broth.
- 2
Slowly add broth until you are able to spoon out each pattie. Too little broth will make dry patties so add enough!
- 3
Heat skillet with either butter or oil. Not too much as Pattie’s will absorb the grease quickly!
- 4
Spoon patties into hot skillet and fry until edges start to get a bit crispy and browned. Repeat for other side. When done, place onto paper towel to rest.
- 5
NOTE: As your mixture sits, it will tend to thicken up. Just occasionally add broth as needed to keep the same consistency.

Fried Chicken Fried Chicken
I modified a recipe from "America's Most Wanted Recipes," which features recipes from famous restaurants and fast food chains.Chicken with bones attached tastes better than boneless. The original recipe uses 3 1/2 tablespoons of salt, and instead of allspice, uses accents, flavor enhancers, and a pressure fryer. Recipe by NY cookpad.japan -

This is so easy to make and tastes great. You can play around with the flavours a bit and add as much or as little of each ingredient. Rae -
