An easy one-pot meal—perfect for warming up when the weather turns cold.
Steps

Marinate the pork for 15 minutes. Wash and prepare all other ingredients.

In a pot, sauté the onion until fragrant. Add the pork slices and stir-fry until they change color.

Add water and shacha sauce. Add the ingredients that take longer to cook and bring to a boil.
- 4
Once boiling, add the remaining ingredients. Season with soy sauce and bring to a boil again. Done!

Serve with noodles for a warm and comforting noodle soup.
