I really love chicken breasts and I'm always looking for ways to make them extra tasty. This is one of my favorites. They turn out juicy and packed with amazing flavor.

I really love chicken breasts and I'm always looking for ways to make them extra tasty. This is one of my favorites. They turn out juicy and packed with amazing flavor.
Steps

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, soy sauce, and seasoning powder. Let them rest for a while.

Heat a skillet with a thin layer of oil and sear the chicken breasts well on both sides.

Wrap the chicken breasts in aluminum foil.

Bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes.

While the chicken is roasting, make a sofrito by sautéing the bacon and the vegetables (cut into strips) in a pan.

Once the chicken is done, collect the juices and pour them into the sofrito. Place the chicken breasts on top.

To serve, prepare mashed potatoes or mashed plantains and slice the chicken breasts into rounds, placing them on top and pouring the sauce over.

Done.
