Left over rice Lauki muthiya
Steps

Assemble all the ingredients wash and clean lauki grate it and keep aside

Wash and clean methi and chop finely take it in a bowl add all masala to it add all the flour and left over rice mix well and make muthiya out of it

In a steamer place the muthiyas and allow it to steam cook for 20 mins

After 20 mins check if done with a knife
When done allow it to cool down cut it into small pieces - 5
Take oil for seasoning in a pan add all ingredients meant for seasoning to it add the muthiya pieces and mix well

Allow it to simmer for a while take it out in a serving bowl

Left over rice and lauki muthiya are ready to be serve
