Ingredients

  • 10-12Baby potatoes
  • 1/2 tspTandoori masala
  • 1/2 tspTikka masala
  • 1-2 sprigsKarri patta
  • 1 cupTamarind water
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 1 tspRed chillies
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  • Chaat masala for sprinkling

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil and peel potatoes and leave them whole.

    Heat oil in a pan.

    Add in cumin,karri patta,chilli powder,turmeric,tamarind,coriander and potatoes.

    Let it simmer for a while.

    Add in salt,tandoori and tikka masala.

    Mix all well.

    Dish out and sprinkle chaat masala.
