Fry the vermicelli noodles in oil until golden brown.

Set the noodles aside, then sauté the onion, garlic, and chili. Add the beans. You can also add chorizo at this step if you like.

Once sautéed, blend the mixture until smooth.

Return the mixture to the pan and add water or chicken broth to your desired consistency.

Over medium heat, add the vermicelli noodles and cook for 12 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

To serve, top with diced panela cheese, sour cream, and avocado.
