Wash the rice properly. Add water and soak it.

Take a pan roast dal till change the colour. Then soak dal.

Take a pressure cooker add ghee. Let it heat. Add cauliflower. Fry it for 2-3 minutes. Then add potato. Fry it for 2-3 minutes. Take it out in a plate. In the same cooker add 2-3 tbsp ghee. Add all spices. Stir it. Then add crushed ginger and chilli. Stir it.

Add beans, pumpkin and carrot roast it for 1-2 minute. Add rice and dal. Roast it for 1-2 minute. Add tomato, green peas, potato and cauliflower. Mix everything well for 1-2 minute.

Add hot water and mix again. Cover it and stir after 2-3 minutes on low flame.

Khichdi is ready now.
#For_Tadka:- Take a pan add ghee. Let it heat. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida, dry red chilli, cashews and kashmiri red chilli powder. Stir it. - 7
Add tadka on khichdi. Add garam masala and coriander leaves. Mix everything well. Khichdi is ready to serve.

Serve it hot and enjoy with pickle, curd and papad....😋😋
