Ingredients

1 houre
3 people
  • 2 cupsflour
  • Halfa cup of fine semolina
  • Two and a half cups of water
  • A teaspoonof starch
  • A teaspoon of sugar
  • Half a spoon of yeast
  • a pinch of salt
  • cream
  • Syrup (leave ingredients to boil for ten minutes)
  • Two cups of syrup
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 2 cups of water
  • half a lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the ingredients together with a blender for five minutes

  2. 2

    Leave the mixture to ferment for half an hour

  3. 3

    Pour the mixture into circles resembling pancakes on a hot frying pan

  4. 4

    Do not turn the dough over to the other side. We wait until it dries well, then remove it on a clean towel

  5. 5

    We wait five minutes to cool

  6. 6

    We fill the circles with cream and close them well

  7. 7

    Fry it in hot oil

  8. 8

    When browned, place it directly in the pre-cooled syrup mixture

  9. 9

    You can decorate it as you like
