Cooking Instructions

First of all,when will we beat the curd, add two tbsps of gram flour,dates,1tbsp of salt and one teaspoon of termaric powder and let it curdle.

Add two large glasses of water in it and mix it well. Filter the solution through a seive

In this we will heat a spoonful of oil add 2tasp of garlic, cloves of garlic cloves, it turn it light pink, and let 1tbsp of garlic clove of garlic, it turn light pink, and add 1tsp fennel seed, 1tbsp mustard seed crackle. Add Asa foetida at the end and let 1tbsp of fennel seed of mustard crackle.

Add asafoetida at the end and let it crackle. Add fenugreek leaves and one tbsp salt and cook until it become soft.After adding the balls,cook slowly on medium flame until the gram flour is cook well. Now cook the curry till it gets cooked a little.

Now we will express it in words for temping. Heat one spoon oil,Add one tbsp cumin one tbsp garlic to light pink, kashmiri red chillies and let them crackle fenugreek leaves curry is ready.
To be put an top of the kadhi it with Hot rice and can also be served with roti.
