Ingredients

1 hour
4 to 6 people
  1. 1 poundground chicken breast
  2. 1 poundground turkey thigh
  3. 2garlic cloves finely minced
  4. 1shallot finely minced
  5. 1/2 cupgreen onion finely sliced
  6. 1 TBSfinely minced lemongrass
  7. 3 TBSfish sauce
  8. 4 tspsugar
  9. Honey for light glazing
  10. Pinchwhite pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all the ingredients except for the honey in a bowl and mix well. Keep in refrigerator overnight or up to 24 hours to blend flavors.

    Form form into balls using a small ice cream scooper.

    Pan fry and brown on a skillet until done then glaze lightly with honey.

    Serve over rice or rice noodles along with favorite Vietnamese dipping sauce.
