Ingredients

  • 100 grajgra flour
  • Salt as per taste
  • Half tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tspginger,green chilli paste
  • Half tsp oil for dough
  • Half cup Water
  • Half cup tapkir flour

    Take vessel
    Put rajagra flour, salt, oil, black pepper powder, water, ginger and green chilli paste and knead the flour softly make dough

    Put in hot oil fry it til it becomes brownish in colour
