To make falooda sev, take corn flour, water and sugar in a thick bottomed vessel and mix well. Put it on gas. Cook it till it becomes transparent.

Add pistachio essence and green colour at the end. Falooda mixture should be warm. Now with the help of chakli maker,make falooda sev and will directly put all falooda sev in chilled ice water and let it set for 15 minutes.

Soak chia seeds for 30 minutes. For assembling scoop out the kulfi in a serving plate top it up with soaked chia seeds, rose syrup, falooda sev and dry fruits and serve immediately.
