Mixed Salad with Canned Beef

Clean the puntarelle, cut them into thin strips, and soak them in cold water for a few hours. Then rinse and drain them well.

Cut the carrot into julienne strips and slice the fennel thinly using a mandoline. Slice the green onion.

In a large bowl, combine all the prepared vegetables, the olives, and the canned beef. Dress with olive oil, apple cider vinegar, and salt.
