Gulkand Custard Pudding

Heat the milk in a pan over medium heat. Keep stirring occasionally to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.

In a small bowl, mix the custard powder with a little milk to make a smooth paste.

Once the milk starts to simmer.Slowly pour the custard paste into the simmering milk, stirring continuously to avoid any lumps.

Cook the custard mixture for another 5-7 minutes or until it thickens to a custard-like consistency.

Add condensed milk and mix well.

Turn off the heat and let the custard cool down slightly.

Once the custard has cooled down a bit, add the gulkand and mix well until it's evenly incorporated.

Transfer the gulkand custard to serving bowls.

Garnish with chopped dry fruits before serving, if desired.
