  • 1beetroot boiled
  • 1green chilli
  • 2 tspcoriander leaves
  • 1 small piece ofginger
  • 1/2 tsproasted jeera powder
  • 1/4 tsppachak powder (jeera, fennel seeds, ajwain)
  • 1/4 tspblack salt
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4 cupcurd
  • 4 cupchilled water

  1. 1

    In a blender add pieces of beetroot, chilli,ginger,jeera powder, coriander leaves,black salt and little water and grind it to puree.

    To the blender add curd salt,pachak powder and water and blend it to buttermilk.

    Now add beetroot puree to buttermilk and blend it again

    Beetroot Buttermilk is ready. Pour in the glass and enjoy/ serve.
