This recipe is a perfect combination with tea as an evening snack.
Steps

In a bowl, add chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped green chillies, chopped red amaranth, salt according to taste and keep it for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes mix the vegetable mixture with turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, gram flour, cornflour.

Now heat the mustard oil in a pan, spread the vegetable mixture in the desired shape.

Spread sesame seeds on top, fry until golden and serve with hot and sweet tomato sauce.

Note:- Red amaranth must be soft.
