Ingredients

Serves 1 serving
  1. 2/3 cupcooked rice for unagi (about 90 grams)
  2. 3 piecesgrilled eel for unagi rice
  3. 1thin omelet (see Recipe ID17562389)
  4. Chopped scallions, to taste
  5. White sesame seeds, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Warm the unagi rice in the microwave.

  2. 2

    Place the rice in the center of the thin omelet.

    Fold the sides and ends of the omelet over the rice to wrap it, then flip it over and place it on a plate.

  4. 4

    Cut a cross on the top, then top with the eel and scallions as shown in the photo.

    Sprinkle with white sesame seeds to finish.
