Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix the eggs with milk, sugar, mayonnaise, and salt. Heat a little oil (not listed in ingredients) in a tamagoyaki (Japanese omelet) pan or small nonstick skillet over low heat. Stir constantly to make soft scrambled eggs.
- 2
When the scrambled eggs are about 80–90% cooked, turn off the heat. Fold the eggs in half to make a thick omelet. It’s delicious just like this!
- 3
Spread a thin, even layer of Aurora sauce (ketchup-mayo mix) on the bread. Place the thick omelet on one slice, then top with the other slice of bread.
- 4
Cut the sandwich and enjoy! Warm café au lait or coffee goes great with this in the morning.
- 5
Note: I use large eggs for this recipe. If you have medium eggs, use 3 for an extra fluffy, thick omelet.

Kansai-Style Egg Sandwich Kansai-Style Egg Sandwich
I got this idea from a TV program and recreated it since it looked delicious. Our family's style is to make these with demi-glace sauce instead of ketchup.I always feel like making this sandwich the day after we eat Western-style burgers with demi-glace sauce. This is very easy and delicious. I really recommend it!This sandwich has a better texture and is easier to load with fillings when it's toasted so that it's crispy on the outside but still fluffy on the inside. You can quickly prepare the toast while making the omelette ♪ It takes less than 5 minutes and makes a fabulous breakfast!Enjoy this sandwich while it's still warm. This sandwich tastes even better once it has been allowed to sit for a while so I recommend it for your lunch box too. Easy! Refreshing Japanese-Style Sandwich: Shiso and Egg Easy! Refreshing Japanese-Style Sandwich: Shiso and Egg
I got so many shiso leaves every day that I didn't know what to do with them! So, I thought of this to use them up.Nothing really, I just recommend eating it before the scent goes away. If you make it in advance, the flavor weakens, so enjoy it immediately. If you have time, try grating the leaves! Black pepper interferes with the scent of the shiso, so please don't use it. Fuu-chan's Egg Sandwich Fuu-chan's Egg Sandwich
When I think about egg sandwiches, nothing compares to the sweetness of this one. The salty mayonnaise and boiled egg kind of sandwich is also good, but please give this sweet mayonnaise and scrambled egg sandwich a try. It's a taste you just can't get enough of!!!The sweetness is to taste, but I think it's the tastiest when it's on the sweet side. Be careful not to burn the eggs, even though it's a bit more aromatic that way. I recommend using soft bread rather than hard. By the way, I used Yamazaki Double Soft cut in half for the sandwich in the picture. Recipe by Pokuchan cookpad.japan -

I wanted to create an easy recipe for this classic sandwich I grew up on.*"Ha, Egg and Lettuce Sandwich".When mashing 1 egg or less, it's much easier to use a fork. If doing 2 or more, a knife would be suitable. You can also use thinly sliced sandwich bread.Be sure to spread on the margarine first and then the mustard, and only coat one side of each slice. You can also slice it into 3 pieces.
